New India and Milkman

Here is a milkman in photograph. Instead on his cycle, he is affluent enough to switch over to motorcycles. And have you noticed, the number of cans that he is having with him? I didn’t dare to ask him the way he categories his milk in different vessels. Is it depending on the amount of dilution he is using? Perhaps, this is the way he makes the milk lighter or purer with full fat. I am happy on one count that he is much more mobile today and self-employed too. He comes from a nearby village. His buffaloes are, however, nuisance for the township where sometimes I find them roaming.
There are still many in Noida who prefer to get milk fresh from the buffaloes as they get milked. For that they get up in the morning and walk up to the place where these milkmen provide these services. I wonder though why can’t they get their supply from the standard brand suppliers that are having outlets with every small and big shops in Noida.
