Chandigarh and its Rock Garden: Photographs

My main interest was to see this showpiece of an individual’s endeavour. Here are some photographs that may not be the best but may provide some glimpse of the creation of Nekchand who has created this garden out of waste materials. “Built of industrial waste and thrown-away items, the Rock Garden in the city of Chandigarh is perhaps the world’s most poignant and salient statement of the possibility of finding beauty in the unexpected and accidental.”
